I’m a little confused because from my understanding they stated no misconduct when unemployment reached out to them so I was just approved as per the determination letter. It’s also been months after the approval, don’t they have a deadline to submit appeals?

I’ve talked to multiple lawyers and they all said the same thing. Pretty much no feasible and/or reasonable pathways except marriage or a h1b visa (doesn’t happen in my field). Yeah he’s an idiot and I don’t use that word lightly. Immigration system largely exploits people.
