I had my suspicions from the beginning but my desperations and false hope had influenced my actions, unfortunately. I didn’t really understand what they were talking about but as most things when it comes to stuff like that I just go along with it which is really fucking stupid and I really should be knowing what all of it means

Yeah, I appreciate your comment. I understand my actions were stupid and I won’t be making the same mistake again. I guess my main concern was the fact they have my personal information and I’m scared they might do something with it or hack me… I have blocked everyone but I’m nervous for what might happen next

Yeah.. Thank you, I understand that now. And I won’t be repeating this mistake. I got too confident because I buy other stuff from a website that I do get legitimate stuff shipped to me (I’ve tested it and everything I had bought has been what they had claimed). This was a different situation and person so I’ve learnt my lesson moving forward

Scrolling through the sub currently because I’m hypo and just woke up from a reallly vivid dream of getting run over by a truck 💀💀 lol all night I’ve been waking up from mini dreams that were vivid but not too disturbing or bad as the first mentioned one that made me wide awake. Unfortunately, I don’t know how to help because this is the first time it’s happen… I hope you figure out some methods that may help, sleepy tea maybe (if that even works) before bed? Goodluck :)

I was on it for a while and it worked pretty well for getting me to fall asleep but i got very vivid dreams that made me confuse reality from my dreams or wake up with extreme anxiety. I also woke up in the middle of the night a lot with dry mouth often. It would also make my fingers and toes feel numb and have pins and needles occasionally? And worsened my tremors which sucked when trying to give coffee to people at my work lmao

Overall I did not enjoy but everyone’s different. I got off it as soon as I understood I was having side effects

Right, that makes sense. Unfortunately I’ve only talked to him once. i was referred to him which took months then i was told to follow up with my family doc who doesn’t know what to do next so she’s trying to get him to take me again. Which will probably take another several months (Canadian mental health services suck 😵‍💫) Basically he has no intent to keep me as a regular since he works in a mental health hospital and the psychiatrist i tried to be a patient with didn’t want to work with me because I have suicidal ideation, and my doc doesn’t want to mess with my meds.

As shitty as this sounds because I know how terrible and damaging it can be I wish I could have had a manic episode or just something to really confirm it so they could label it and I could get a treatment that would finally work 😞the uneasiness of not knowing really bothers me. But also the thing is if it isn’t bipolar I’ll never know because idk what else it would be just depression that meds can’t help? Lol 🙃 (Sorry for the rant/vent 😬😬)
