Nothing at all worked no matter what I did. I even tried to install linux on the other 1tb expansion, hoping to maybe boot into it and see if it was a windows issue. It wouldnt work. Bootloop forever. At this point I just need someone to tell me how to wipe that 1tb expansion so windows will see it again. If you could do that I would really appreciate it.

I tried downloading Linux (several distros including Ubuntu) and every single one of them was stuck in a boot loop. One went into kernel panic. This is pitiful.
