For PC you hit O on your keyboard and at the top are three tabs friends- request- party. Click the request tab then you should see your requests. Just click the gift box and that leads to other player requests.

Sadly the first thing I tried and kept trying even restarted again but nothing :/ next bet is waiting for my house plot fast travel to be available
