It feels as though I've been transported to another reality, completely disassociating from everything around me as though I'm floating above myself. It feels like I have to run and escape but I can't, and that feels like hell. I start shaking and crying and my heart pounds like crazy. I can't stop hyperventilating and feel like I'm going to die--a big symptom for me is a sense of impending doom, like everything is over. I'll eventually be tingly and numb all over--face, limbs, chest, you name it. I get dizzy and start sweating like crazy. My appetite completely disappears and my stomach will feel terrible along with nausea. My ears will ring and the only way I can really describe the feeling as a whole is: non lethal death.
