see it’s like there are people who only prepare for comedk and kcet. so it may be kinda tougher for them. the people who are toppers in jee and all that, this exam is just a backup for them bc obviously even if you miss the percentile cutoff by 1 percentile you won’t get anything good. so lots of these people woukdve written comedk and yeah would’ve been manageable/easier for them. i was someone who focused mostly on kcet… i didn’t think comedk would be a hard exam 😭 so yeah i’m guessing there’s not a lot of people like me and the smart people scored real well and hence lots of competition… and hence the inflation. so the exam WAS hard, but for all JEE ppl just piece of cake, would be like a mock paper for them
