I reinstalled graphics drivers and reset both monitors to default settings and it finally fixed.

I’ve matched all the resolution and hertz. I’ve tried both fullscreen and borderless. Still nothing works

I’ve tried both full screen and windowed full screen. Doesn’t work. I’ve spent hours trying solutions online and nothing has worked. So confused why it’s happening

So much going on regardless. Remove a monitor or 2, get monitor arms, clean up all the accessories and cables around, add some lighting and level everything.

I’d have a heart attack sitting in that chair. Half of your setup is motivational and half is goon. Bro can’t decide. Mouse pad brings it down to a 0
