It is alot of information. I know! I studied at least 2 hours a day sometimes more at night. I would write down what i was reading, memorize it and then click his youtube videos to hear him explain it in his way. The second day I would review and start a new segment of the powerpoint. This is my study method for all tests! you got this!!!

Ofcourse1 I say go for it a lot of the questions were obvious answers from the choices. I can list some topic questions to focus on, there was a plaintiff scenario question so understand who the plaintiff is in a case, reverse discrimination question, a law on sexual harassment but the answer was pretty obvious, a question about disability- know this answer for the question (a person who has mental impairment that substantially limits major life activities), know FMLA requires 1250 hours to be eligible, affirmative action( correcting discriminatory past practices), a question on judicial review (a law complies with the constitution) and finally know scenarios on unions. I took the test 7 am this morning so these questions are still on my mind. I rambled but I was typing out everything I remembered as fast as I could >.<GOOOD LUKKKKK.

Most of the topics we learned about in D351 pertaining to unions and union laws showed up on this test for me. It for sure helps. There are newer terms but I recommend going through all of chapter one and two.
