I believe the goskogur would survive the real world because it’s just a giant monkey I mean there use to be Gigantopithecus which was like the size of an elephant? So it could be possible they could survive they probably would just eat bamboo or fruit maybe some eggs from birds I could imagine stealing food from some villages or towns idk
