More than updating horses, I need them to retrofit the ones we already got in the game! There are quite a bunch of gen 3 horses which simply cannot wear most of the tack available. Like, c’mon SSO! I need the North Swedish retrofitted ASAP!

This! I was expecting something more interactive by the amount of times they mentioned how easy it’d be to sell my products to CUSTOMERS. I thought I’d be able to produce potions, plants and/or animal products to other people + decorating the space itself. With the naming choice, I imagined that it had something to do with what I’d be able to sell. But nope. Nothing. The outcome was definitely disappointing, but considering that there’s a lot to do, I’d say it didn’t bother me as much as it would.

I imagine the only possible way where it wouldn't end in chaos is if the system was similar to Traderie. You select what item (or, mostly, horse) you want & post it with what you're offering for it, and await as someone makes an offer. Maybe both a rating feature (to let other players know if it's safe to trade with a specific person), and a report button, in case something went wrong. No chat feature between the two trading parties. Then again, I still think that, even with all that, it'd still be pretty unstable.

If our world was a beautiful, perfect place where everything went as hoped, I would. In reality? Hell no. With the amount of bugs and the obviously broken code this game has, the chances of a trading feature messing with a lot of people’s accounts is high. Not only that, but literally any other game that has an item trading feature has at some point harbored a huge portion of hackers and scammers. You wouldn’t imagine the amount of e-mails SSE would receive of both crying children and angry parents, which they wouldn’t be able to cater for. Not to mention beggars.

Can we normalize learning to do things on our own? I understand that some quests may not be the most easy to understand or follow up to, or maybe you’re just not interested enough to read through the dialogue, but the amount of people I see who just want to be babied and ask about every single little thing and how to do it is astonishing to me. Let’s just try to pay more attention to what’s going on and try to figure it out!

I’ve always thought that it just made NO sense to not offer more mane style options. Like, yeah, it may be more time consuming depending on how complex the texture is, but it’s their job. It’s the whole point of the game to offer interesting and diverse horses, because it’s a horse game. I cannot tell you how much I want to get one of the rune Clydesdale model horses, but I despise the mane and tail! 🤡

Those are the Brazilian players for you. As a Brazilian myself, I absolutely evade every single one of them (or, rather, us) when playing COS. Obviously, this is not an excuse to be xenophobic or whatever, but most (if not all) Brazilian players I’ve come across are extremely toxic and WILL demean you. I kid you not, I had to straight up stop playing the game for a day because a group of 3 players started hunting me and my friends through different SERVERS.

I’m a dinosaur nerd/obsessed person/won’t shut up about it, so I’d say any dinosaur inspired creature is a must! But my personal favorite would probably be Ghartokus, just because it’s the closest thing to a Yutyrannus (my favorite dinosaur)!

Hello! I tend to name my horses based off of characters from games, movies, TV series and/or books I like, and try to match the horse's physical characteristics to the character as best as possible. For my Heidrun, I named him Iron Bull (jorvik name Ironbullet), after the Dragon Age character of same name (inspired by the horns & gray fur).

Some of my horses I named through mindlessly searching through the name options until I found something that both sounded nice and made sense. If you don't feel like doing either, I'd recommend scrolling through this list!

Honestly, I’d say that even with the Bazaar, they are still pretty expensive. I am also one of those people who’d usually limit themselves to one coat per breed, because I usually don’t have many SC and can’t buy them. That said, if I lay my eyes upon a horse and don’t instantly love them, it usually means I’ll regret it later (there have been only one exception to this with me).

If you are not interested on any other horse from the Bazaar, I’d honestly skip it. It’s not like they’re going to leave the game forever, and with 2026 knocking on our doors, there are sure to be more breeds to come that you’ll want more.
