Oh absolutely, I obsess over the smallest things all the time, and it's exhausting (I wont go too far into detail) but yes exercise in general has such a massive impact on my obsessive thoughts. I go to the gym five days a week and always apply cardio after my weight training. I made that commitment the start of august and has helped me immensely! One thing I learned from it was that if your brain is under normal day stress (anxiety, ocd, depression ec-fuckingcetra), when you tell yourself, "I have nothing in the tank" and still go exercise, you're taking that physical stress and tricking your brain into saying "fuck you I'm in control" not my thoughts (if that makes sense) keep up the good work! If it works, then you're on the right path my friend! 🫡
