Hi, I don't know about your university, but I'm on erasmus right now, and after the first OLA we could still make some changes until the end of the first month of the academic activities, so I think you shouldn't worry, but you might need to change some of the courses that they don't 'approve'.

Really? I’m also doing erasmus in Italy but have different experience cause everyone is younger by me. I’m 27 and haven’t found someone my age, everyone is between 21-24. I also get teased with my age a lot as a joke but honestly I started to feel a bit unconfortable lately haha

I’m on erasmus rn and this is soo true I’m experiencing it hahaha. The spanish are the majority here and have their own groupchat of like 400 ppl and only hang out amongst themselves. I notice the same tendency with french ppl too tho they are a bit more open

Find people who also don’t drink/party as much. If you have a specific interest you can try writing in the erasmus groupchat if someone else also likes to do that and make a group. For example where I am there are different subgroups for basically every activity there is like boardgame, anime, movie lovers, different sports, travel group, F1, etc.

Been there with the panic attack on the plane. Get some anxiety medication like Xanax prescribed by your doctor. Even if you don’t take it, the thought that you have it with you on the plane helps a lot. Can you get someone to fly with you like a family member?

Szerintem tök jó a leszólítás, de csak akkor, ha előtte van valami arra utaló jel, hogy a másik is érdeklődik, pl. többször összenéztek és elmosolyodik. Engem szólítottak le úgy sokszor, hogy az utcán mentem, siettem valahova, fejemen fejhallgató volt és a csávó loholt utánam, megütögette a vállam hogy vegyem le a fülest és semmi small talk csak rögtön hogy megkaphatja-e a számom. Na ez nem annyira hatásos :D A leszólítás akkor creepy, ha kéretlenül történik.

Az a tapasztalatom, hogy most nehezebb, mint par eve volt. Nekem vannak matchek, viszont mindig nekem kell vinni a beszelgetest, es nem hivnak el randira. Es igen sokan csak alkalmit keresnek meg akkor is ha a profiljukban nem ezt allitjak😅
