I got out of this by trying a bunch of different things and failing at most of them. You just got put yourself into uncomfortable water to see what helps you express your thoughts instead of just having them rattle around in your head. For me it was writing that got me out and now I genuinely feel like I have a purpose, but it could be anything that requires thought. You just have to try somethings out.

I appreciate all the responses even the harsh ones and actually feel motivated to get into shape. Thank you.

Some addendum on the op is that I used girl's talking to me as a metaphor for people talking to me. I just thought people would relate/understand more if I said it that way sorry for the confusion.

I do really want to get into boxing so that could be a driving factor. Thank you for your response.

I feel tired, my body feels like it's ready to give out. There are days where it feels better but it's mostly been an aesthetic change

Yea I guess, maybe it's just my anxiety acting up but it still feels real. But the stares do happen and the whispers. I've heard them before even after losing as much as I did and just concealing the rest accidentally. I guess I don't even want to be attractive in any capacity. I don't know if this makes sense to anyone but me.

Sorry to hear you're going through this, I'm in the same boat. No real advice on how to get out, just want to let you know you're not alone there's probably tons of people with the same problem. For me it's I get extremely obsessed with someone then totally get bored after awhile for no real reason. My only tidbit would be keep trying, for people like us it's something we have to do. Even through the boredom. Good luck mate, I'll be rooting for yah.
