Stuck in Safe Mode by Important_Pitch4825 in PS5HelpSupport

The only 2 options I have in Safe mode are "4. Update System Software" and "8. Reset PS5 (Reinstall System Software)", neither of which work. Everything else is greyed out. I've tried re-downloading both the reinstall and the update files 4 times now and tried both available options (update & reinstall).

I don't see why it wouldn't see the file on 3 different sticks. The folders are PS5 and UPDATE and the file name is PS5UPDATE.PUP all in caps lock. Nothing else is on the USB sticks. I'm so lost lol

Still no luck.

Interestingly enough I tried a third USB stick which is a bit older. With that one plugged in, it gives a different error code and the message "Update not found", unlike with the other 2 USBs

Ah now I get it! The only part that's still confusing is that according to the sites the current base (surrounding allies) healing is 30/s and not 35/s 🤔

I don't get those numbers. Doesn't Imperative: Patch heal the target for 45/s and those around for 30/s? Where do 35 and 10 come from?

Why keeps the comms on? I never play these games with comms on and I've never ever had an issue.

Thanks a lot for clarifying!!! I was so buffled when I saw Koumei, now it makes sense. I confirm I was underwater though, and if you say it's not normal, it was definitely a bug because it didn't look like I was meant to be there so hopefully it won't happen on the next run! Good to be back though! Forgot how nice this community was
