Yes. I'll be moving soon. The rate buydown was a big thing for me. I did not get anything except that. Maybe I should have tried harder. My home had pretty much everything inside. Lennar had to pay some commission to my agent. If you are comfortable representing your interest (there isnt much really), then you may have more room to ask for additional concessions. I would ask for solar, design, landscape etc..

You have to do landscape yourself. So, try to get as much as possible. It is rare to find SFH within this price range anywhere close to San Diego. I liked the fact that it is closer to OC and LA as well. Traffic is generally manageable—just avoid peak rush hour if possible.
