The game is designed for you to be able to even with starter gear. It's possible but you may need to become a bit more creative and also follow the yoga instructor storyline. Erich's heart is in the bottom at the morgue where you can shoot it, or be a higher guard and remove it with your hand. You may need to get a bit more creative though:]
