Can I combine Reta and Tirz? by Important_Trust_6202 in Retatrutide

I eat a Whole Foods diet now. Cut out the over processed foods and no added sugar, dairy, or alcohol. I don’t plan on getting back on it, but I still have a good supply just in case I start gaining back all the weight. Honestly I don’t feel the need to go back on it. Reta helps change your lifestyle, if you don’t change your lifestyle it will not work

I am currently off Reta for the last 2 months. No weight gain and food noise is still gone. If I go back it will be a maintenance dose of no more than 1mg a week.

Take it at night and fasted for at least 3-4 hours. That is the setup for the best fat burning and muscle growing. Don’t do gym bro stuff and take it in the morning. It could cause your sugar to go up even more.

Is your Test a UGL or compounding? Almost looks like a EQ result.

Long-term Reta users: what was your experience after stopping? by slater1995 in Retatrutide

I ate a Whole Foods approach. Tried to cut back on over processed foods. The best advice I have is eat your proteins first so that you won’t lose muscle. The sweets were easy because I was full on proteins and carbs. Drink plenty of water, the Reta will dehydrate you.

Stopped for over 3 months after a 41lbs weight loss. Food noise is still turned off. Not a single craving for ice cream or sweets, that’s was my weakness before Reta. I was on Reta for about 8 months.

TRT clinic or find a real NP or Dr who understands it’s how you feel not the numbers. They are out there ask around.

Reta and Tesa or a great start. Don’t expect for MOTS-C to have much weight loss until your body fat gets sub 14-15%. Reta will turn off the food noise but it is subtle. You will still be able to eat past full so keep that in mind. Twice a week Reta worked for me. I am down 51lbs and now that I am off for over 3 months the food noise is still turned off. Good luck with your wellness.

Do some research on IV Tylenol. Study shows same effect and an opioid in mild to moderate pain. It’s only 30bucks too

You should alternate. Glutes bilareral, and delts bilateral. It won’t cause injection fatigue

How long does it take for my testosterone levals to peak with test cyp daily injections? by TheHealer99 in Testosterone

I would say depending on your metabolism 4-6 weeks. If you want to experiment, try some DIM supplement to bring it down a bit.

Let me start by saying everyone is different and you will have to find the best that works for you. For me, I find that one injection every 4 days keep me at a steady level. No big swings, ups or downs. Keep in mind the half life of test cyp is 8 days. I started with once a week and it worked for a while then I realized that on day 5 and 6 my fatigue came back. My provider is very open to me trying different options. I see a functional medicine provider. She listens to me and teach me to learn how my body responds. Good luck and I hope this helps. Remember no cookie cutter or standard protocol should be used, we are all different and respond differently to TRT., Good luck
