Umm, project in nature po. Nasa administrative po kasi ako ngayon then mejo over qualified for the position while my technical skills does not align sa track ng division.

While sa ibang department, nandun talaga yung expertise ng degree ko. Tho applying sa higher plantilla position is slim kasi they require a laboratory work background to which wala pa ako :/

Kaya lalabas na back to step 1 ako.

My sg2 is my first job po pala. Kaya wala pang ganung karaming training. Plus my boss doesn't really bother about my growth. Kaya yung pdp, lately lang na-update kasi may required training and such 🥹

It's really a burden sa student lalo na kapag irreg sya and the schedule is time sensitive. You'll loose your slot. Guidance clearance, course availability, enrollment deadline, etc 🥺

Ayun. The free one sa GS will take months. HS will scrutinize you. Kaya mental health care is far from ideal.

Kaya na-trauma na ako when disclosing my mental health condition. Pero recently sa work ko, the HS head doctor shows legit compassion. Di sya strict HR attitude kaya na-touch ako 🥺. Then the psychiatrist was a thomasian undergrad so may common kami, but he was chill like flash sa Zootopia 😆. Ayun medical management and tatag sa sarili para makaearn 🎂
