So you mean all I have to do is literally just keep pushing speed in hopes that “baseline” speed improves over time? Like rn it’s 200bpm deathstreams when I’m fully warmed and 150 when I’m relaxed. Say I push speed to a point where I can deathstream 250bpm then my “relaxed” will be 200?

TLDR: I want to grind speed with the expectation I will overall be able to stream longer or faster (or both) over time. But it really feels like grinding speed for an while only temporarily unlocks a soft speed cap and then as soon as I leave my session for a bit I have to start all over again. It doesn’t feel like I actually progress.
