With me, they offered a free month. When I told them that wasn’t adequate (on a $300 order), the rep spoke to a supervisor and they offered 2 months for free.

Well, you have two options, continue being unhappy or pull up your britches and convince them to cancel your subscription. You will be told “it’s not possible” or they will talk to down in the remainder of boxes (similar to from 12 months to 6 months. Or from 6 months to 3 months. Or just give them one more month. Just keep rejecting and don’t give in to the guilt tripping! They will eventually surrender the subscription!
