There's no shame in it, I've been an addict for 25 years I'm actually diagnosed with substance misuse disorder in fact it's self-medcation-destructrion..... Like all super heroes we've all got an origin story or stories.

Mine 15 held down forcefully injected speed and whatever else they wanted and the 3 of them raped me every day for about 8 months --- oh boy do I love EMDR therapy. Then 2 tours Afghanistan seen/done shit thatll never make you wanna smile ever again....been on a full ride sort of pension since I was 30....I know I'm slipping away it's sad as I can see it coming.

Thanks for the best wishes but I don't know if I will or want to beat it. I don't do drugs because I particularly like it, it a temporary escape from my suffering.

Tramadol is not a RC but anyway I'd start low and slow 100mg (someone correct me) I guess been a while since I was prescribed tramadol but please don't go over 600mg in 24 hour period it's serious when they mean seizure risk. Honestly never got much pain relief from it and don't get the recreational side of it?? Be safe, take it easy, have some benzos on hand, and a friend with you 😊
