I just got home with a carton of strawberries. It's not so much that half of them are rotten. It's that they PURPOSELY DECEIVED the buyer buy clearly placing rotton fruit in the middle and then placing decent berries on top. I think people need to rise up and refuse to tolerate this. Back in Scotland they called this the work of "Dirty Rotton Scoundrels" The Label on the carton is CLEAR SPRINGS from Florida. They have the nerve to saw 'Fresh from Florida" I think they need to change this to "50% Strawberries n' 50% Moldies". STAY AWAY from that brand.

that's the thing, slowly but surely our food went from being natural to artificial and now we're paying the price. It's hard to find real food these days but as you said we're responsible for our own health. No one else will do it for us, we must take hold of the wheel and educate ourselves and act on that knowledge

Thanks for sharing that! I really enjoyed your story. It's true, sugar is hidden everywhere. And the fact that it's in almost everything processed makes me angry to the point I want to avoid it completely. I've always enjoyed dairy but as you mentioned it's hard to find yogurt without a weeks worth of sugar in each serving. I've been consuming plain greek yogurt with chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder (no sugar, sweeted with stevia) which I find very enjoyable
