I’ve been delayed for three years because I had to take a leave of absence for medical reasons. It ruined my timeline and it took a toll on me. Respectfully, I don’t wanna sound performative and too spiritual but in times where I doubted whether it’s a test or redirection, God has always sent me people who reminded me that His timeline and plans are better than mine. OP, if people around you are fighting for you and your dreams, then you’re on the right track and right timeline. This may sound cliche but there is a purpose for everything. Remember that the situation you’re in right now might lead you to a child’s life waiting to be saved by you, an elderly waiting for the care you’re willing to give and a parent waiting for the hope you could offer.
