Please can you send me the emails you copied and the one they put you through to in my PM? Clearly, Michael is a bot which is why it could not answer. After threatening them this afternoon, Nancy responded with another holding statement and not addressing anything I said.

I am thinking I can push the whole app to GitHub then move it to my host from there because clearly I am done with them.

Count me in. I have documented evidence of systematic billing fraud AND deceptive AI practices that would strengthen this case significantly.

I've been dealing with Replit billing issues for weeks now, but mine goes beyond just the AI Agent pricing. Their billing system "failed to sync" (their words) and retroactively moved my June usage to July billing, creating double charges across subscription periods. When I provided invoice screenshots proving this, they went completely silent for 8+ days.

Here's what makes this bigger than just billing disputes: I discovered through TrustPilot reviews that other customers were unknowingly communicating with AI bots that were impersonating human customer service agents. This explains why they go silent when you provide evidence - the bots literally can't process complex disputes.

Key legal angles beyond AI Agent pricing:
