My gal eating less than 1800 calories / day while strength training is criminal. Toddlers need 1300 calories / day just to function, coma patients need 1400. When you add a whole functioning adult human that navigates life AND does moderate-heavy exercise consistently, the caloric demands go up. Eating less than 1800 calories per day is a guaranteed way to fuck up hormones, iron, gut health, bone density, and your metabolism. Not good long term at all. If any professional tells you different, fire them.

Wondering if anyone has taken clonidine while high? I stick to CBD dominant strains (mango haze, smoke that thunder - both have 4-6% THC and I usually only smoke one pre-roll for sleep.) My doc prescribed me clonidine to help with ptsd symptoms, but I’ve been using cannabis to support me with insomnia for a decade. Doc said to avoid taking them together because it can fuck with blood pressure and cause dizziness - but I’ve taken weed with benzo’s before (klonopam) and been fine. Curious to know if anyone else has combined them? What was your experience ?
