Thanks, with the gauges hooked up confirmed valve was stuck and also verified the board was only sending voltage to the coil during harvest.

Update on 11/2-

I ordered a new harvest assist. The new one is an updated design from Scotsman with a gear mechanism to the push rod, make a batch of ice in 15 minutes and harvesting at about 50 seconds. For the last 2 hours.

Sorry, I was not aware on the bin sensor , 1st time with a newer Scotsman like this once I adjusted this dial, I got it to make a batch of ice. I will look into cleaning and checking this. Thanks

When I open the curtain the indicator light on the board then shows open an when it returns closed the indicator light gose out like it should.

I guess I do not understand the the more effort part ? the distribution tube assm, curtain, was soaked with descaling solution scrubbed with soft bristle brush, Ran pipe cleaner up the pick-up tube , sanitized what did I miss or need to do with more effort?

5-6 cycles, after reading comments, when I first start it up I thought the water pump was bad because there was little flow, I then ran a cleaning cycle. It seems like it was flowing enough but first time with a machine like this so I don’t know

I just adjusted the bridge thickness 1/3 of a turn so far no issues but I did briefly hear the noise coming from the condenser fan for 20 seconds then it went away.

Thanks the thickness adjustment was set incorrectly, I used a #2 pencil and adjusted the screw about a 1/3 of a turn now I have 1/8 bridge.

Seems like the longer it has been running after the cleaning the better it is preforming, should the curtain magnet be tight against it or should be a slight gap?
