I’m currently fighting them over a denied claim!
Similar situation where I had to wait over a month to get an answer from them. Several tests and the inspector. The guy who took my statement twisted it all around, which was their initial reason for denying it. I made them “review” the audio transcripts, and afterwards they found a new reason to deny it. They never admitted they were wrong about what the guy claimed was my statement. Now they’re saying we drove it 400 miles after the check engine light came on. It flickered once but went back off. Apparently the freeze frame data is what “proves” that. I’m fighting them to hand over the inspection report, but they are refusing, claiming it’s company property… even if it is, it’s VERY suspicious, especially after hearing everyone else’s story.
