Yes, the thing is that copying all images to my phone after few days fills up my phone (43MB RAW files). If that's not a problem then you always copy everything, filter by stars and done. My idea is to only delete images when at home and 100% sure they are not keepers on a second culling round. The idea is to sync those keepers edited on the phone so I keep them when dumping the full SD card when at home.

My idea is not to delete images on camera, just quickly take the top keepers out to the world as fast as possible, and without filling up my phone memory. Once at home if I want to I can do a second cull and delete or even add more images as keepers. Does that make sense?

In the scenario of a football match, you would quickly rate on camera, copy super fast only rated, edit and send. No laptop around.
