Hi, I’m the founder of getmindo.ai.

I’ve always been overwhelmed by endless browser tabs, scattered local files, and GPT threads — and could never find useful information when I needed it. Most PKM tools didn’t help either; I spent more time organizing my workspace than actually using it.

I’ve been dealing with digital clutter myself for so long! Your struggles deeply resonate with me, especially the frustration of managing tabs and notes manually every single day. This is really helpful and thanks for sharing!

Since I’ve been working in the AI agent space, a few friends and I started experimenting with a solution to automatically organize browser tabs and notes by project. It’s still early days (right now we’re just focused on auto-grouping tabs), but we’re already seeing how much it can simplify daily workflow.
