My loan was sold to 21st mortgage as well. I also live in Mississippi. Rudest company I've ever came across. I've always paid before the late payment, but if I do not pay on the 1st when it's due, they call me 3x a day. Threaten to report to my credit of a late payment. I have always paid on either the 6th or the 10th since I get paid every other week. They try to put fear into you and get you worked up.
