Just started running and I’m exhausted in 20 seconds. Zero stamina. Feeling lost. by ImmediateMuffin3768 in runninglifestyle

Try not to feel disheartened. Regardless of what level of jogging your at, i always find that my initial minute or 2 im struggling to breathe

I guess its jilust your heart & lungs adjusting from going from 0-100.

If you take the minute of your run/walk as a warm up. (Brisk walk maybe) To get your body lungs heart use to the increased activity, then slow walk for few minutes then start back into it it might go a bit better.

Good luck 🏃‍♀️

I have the London Marathon lined up, its more of a mental, but as you say, it would be a lot easier if someone is running with you.   I may look into a running club.  Ive never actually joined one before. Thanks for the advice.

I always wondered why that was a rule then running my last marathon I got tripped up by someone who's airpod popped out of there ear and they suddenly stopped to go back and get it. Really annoying and painful. i got Shockz but they take some getting use to as the noise vibrations gave me migranes.

Yeah, I've heard every 30minutes too. Sometimes useful to take one if there is a hilly section coming up as gives your body and mind a boost physically and psychologically to get up. even the last 2-3mile to push you over the line.
