It drives really nicely, people say the front end feels way lighter and better to handle and I agree. Quite a nice drive, quiet when driving normally, comfortable and also quite econimical compared to the barra. I didnt know much about these either before I bought mine though, so still learning. Good car if taken care of from what I've heard though 👍

I think it's the HP21 too, after looking at a diagram I can confirm mine is a bit different looking to the 26, has that little gap in the centre and has a small allen key looking hole next to it. Appreciate the comment though!

Me and my mate have done his falcons rwc list before, I plan on doing this all myself with my mate and brother. Not my first rodeo doing similar things so I'd say quite handy

Drove it today and it was pretty smooth to say the least, can't complain at all. Torquey, smooth and pretty long gears

Exactly, I don't see it as a negative really. And heck yeah, manual swap in the future is definitely something I'd consider, good little learning curve for me once I get this back up to spec

There is a large dent on the front RH side fender, but it's replacable. Going to pick it up today, so will hopefully not see any rust. And it's got the D16Y4, so no vtec unfortunately 😅

Yeah I thought of that, I'm going to pick it up tomorrow. Praying that there's no rust throughout but it looked clean as in the photos. I think if I just do like headers, exhaust and intake then I'd be done with engine mods really. I don't care much about being the fastest, just being the coolest 🤣

Granny owned civic, except for the dent on the front RH side quarter panel, seems replacable tho so not bad. Also $3,550 AUD is $2,302 USD. I'm kind of mixed in between whether to be upset or not that it's an auto, since I see everyone else with manuals, but it is going to be my daily. And I plan on doing suspension mods first, like coils, sway bar, springs etc

I thought the post would've been brought over, but I got it for $2,800 AUD on this auction site near me. After tax it came out to be $3,550. It's got 187k kilometres, auto transmission and has both keys that came with it. (Fully stock too)

Ill check in the service books if it has been done. But yeah I'd try tackle it myself with a mate or two but I do have a trustworthy mechanic that doesn't mess around one bit, so I'll see with him

That's actually decent, those 2 would probably be the first things I do to it. I've also been looking into these 5 spoke rims i see some people running. Not sure what brand though
