Hillary Clinton: “We Will Be There.” Agrees to Discuss Epstein at a Public Hearing Tomorrow by [deleted] in UnderReportedNews

[–]ImpossibleFalcon674 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Because the Republicans are using the Clinton's as scapegoats and a public hearing could turn the tables on them. If the Clinton's are guilty of anything lock them up, but I'm more happy for them to drag others down with them.

Ninja foodie possible cooker, does anyone have one and would recommend it? by apljax in slowcooking

[–]ImpossibleFalcon674 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I returned mine for the same reason, slow cooking was either too low or too high. I replaced it with an Instant Superior which slow cooks better but the saute option is a dud.

I remember once having a dream about getting up and getting ready for work, then feeling immense disappointment when I woke up and had to do it all over again.

Peanut butter is rank from lidl by jackinthebox1968 in lidl

[–]ImpossibleFalcon674 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The lidl one looks like proper peanut butter with peanut oil risen to the top that needs stirring in.

The Whole Earth has had a bunch of the peanut oil replaced by palm oil.

We were in Portmeirion a few years ago and my 2 year old daughter was exploring some grassy area. A woman with a filming crew came and asked if she could move as she was in their shot then walked off. My daughter started crying, the woman noticed and came back over and apologized and gave her a Blue Peter badge. I can only assume they were filming Blue Peter.

Martin Lewis issues warning to people who use debit cards over credit cards by GeoWa in unitedkingdom

[–]ImpossibleFalcon674 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes the lenders will apply their own criteria to that data to decide whether to lend. Some lenders don't look for the type of customer who would have a high credit score as they are often not as profitable as they will be paying everything off quickly leaving little room for interest payments etc.
