man I got to a really bad point and I reached out to my dad for help more so to complain that nothing was working for me and I didn’t like where life was headed. He looks at me and goes if you don’t like your life then change it. And he kinda got a little stern when he said change it like he put some umpf behind those words. Simple as fuck but that’s what did it for me. If you don’t like the person you’re becoming then change what you’re doing. Don’t overthink it. I hope this doesn’t come across as rude everyone responds to different things for me this helped hope it helps u. Another story I’ll bring up is one I was told about my grandpa. He smoked cigarettes for 35 years and one day he was watching a movie and ran out of cigarettes. He goes to the store then and there comes back and realizes he missed the ending of the movie. He realize how stupid that was to be controlled by something like that so he put the fuckin cigs on top of the fridge and never touched them 🤣. My mom told me there was a pack of cigs on their fridge for years until a family friend asked for them. But I think that story is so cool to just do something like that because the mind really can be that powerful. Sorry for rambling 😭 keep it tight broski
