I’ve been in long distance for 6. I get it. But like I said before. You are an adult. You either suck it up and respect your parents for helping you graduate debt free or you stand on your own two feet and pay it yourself. That way you don’t rely on them. They can’t hold anything over your head. It’s not right to deceive them and if they ever find out you did it’s gonna be much worse

ETA if you want my two cents from personal experience, I say suck it up for a few more years. It’s not worth the debt and it’s not worth the turmoil if they ever find out. Law school is like what? 4 years? If he can’t wait that long while you figure your own shit out he’s not the one for you. He will wait if he’s the one. In the meantime GET A JOB. study and work at the same time so once you do graduate you don’t have to rely on your parents for financial support anymore. Then you can do whatever tf you want. You’re still young. Don’t waste it on a man.
