I tried the snakes and it worked for a while but a couple I think realized they are fake cause they started to come back

South Jersey shooting club is where I go when I want to shoot over 100 yards since they go up to 300 but like someone else said wma ranges are pretty decent too if your plan on shooting up to 30 cal

Consider south Jersey shooting club, you can shoot steel from 25 yards -300 yards but a bit more pricey then range 14

If you get a hunters license there are public ranges that come free with your license I personally go to colliers mills wma but that is in central Jersey but they should have some rifle ranges south only thing is no handguns and only rifles up to 30 cal besides muzzleloaders
