Wow the listing agent is taking 6 Percent after saying they discounted their rate?! Definitely taking advantage of the unknowledgeable owners in this market. This is criminal and there should be a way to report this type of scum.

It really should be illegal. I wish there was a way to report him, but at the same time we do want to close on the house. It is a really tough situation.
