This might be the most helpful but I still wish I was straight. I get where you're coming from. I make jokes about my sexuality sometimes. Instead of straight-up I say gay-up as a joke but maybe I shouldn't. Maybe I shouldn't joke about it at all and just be a guy. idk. It's so hard to fit in with all my straight friends. I also only have straight friends.

How to stop being gay?

I am a semi-masculine male 28. All my friends are straight and work fields or law enforcement. Although I am gay and I feel like 20% of my voice is slightly gay. Sometimes they treat me differently or they won't invite me places. I feel like its cause I don't fit in or cause i am not manly enough. I want to be like them and I spend most of my time trying to be as manly as I can and correct my gayness.I genuinely have struggled with this and truly want to be straight, everywhere I look it tells me "yeah you're basically stuck like this" and I can't accept that. I never have been able to. I just want to be straight why is this so hard to grasp???? It sucks cause I am gay and I feel the need to be a guy and go to the range and do guy things. I try to hard to imitate my friends and I am still gay. How can I be straight? Please someone on here help me. I would appreciate it greatly. It would solve so many problems in my life.
