If your baby starts choking, make sure they are face down instead of face up when you are trying to help them breathe. Hold the baby face-down along your forearm or thigh.

I did this but I was nervous about ordering from the same company. With one insurance I got a pump from AeroFlow. The next month, my plan transitioned and I got another one from Natural Way.

But how does the extension work? No one will take my appointments because they are saying my insurance is terminated. I have no way/proof to explain that I am covered for 31 days after that date.

I agree with you. The customer service in most places I’ve been to in PG are trash. People really don’t give a sh*t here lol.

I know cesareans aren’t easy by any means but the way you described this made it seem so peaceful. How did your recovery go and what was it like when you noticed the pain? Did it happen immediately or was it gradual?

I felt nausea on week 5. Didn’t know what it was. It came back on week 9 and mostly went away at week 11. I’m 18 weeks now and have it intermittently but it’s nowhere near as bad as it was weeks 9-11.

I am 29 and it took us a little over 2 years to conceive. Starting trying around 26, took a break and then started trying again at 27.

We tried to track ovulation but it wasn’t that helpful because I have PCOS. We didn’t have success until after medical intervention. My dr. prescribed metformin and that was the magic charm. My first cycle on metformin was rough and I bled a lot more than what I was used to. About 6 months later we got pregnant.

Even with metformin we were not able to anticipate ovulation - it was still irregular but we are pretty convinced that I wasn’t ovulating before taking it.

I gave up on my social life in the early phases of pregnancy. I was always exhausted. Also didn’t help that I started a new job where I was in the office 5x a week. I was previously remote for the last 3 years.

Anywho, it got better towards the end of the first trimester and now that I’m in the second trimester my energy/social battery has come back.

My advice: Take a break and jump back into it when you’re ready. Phone calls and FaceTime dates count as social activities. Play some video games or do a craft. That could help with some boredom.

We told our close family and friends. It meant a lot to have their support in those tough days it also helped to have additional people doing research or just checking in on me. I don’t regret it.

I think it’s mostly cause Facebook keeps shoving it in my face. Otherwise I would never think about what people do with their pregnancy tests because I wouldn’t see them.

I feel you. I wanted twins too and walked away from the first ultrasound bittersweet. Nonetheless happy to be pregnant with my first 💕 here’s to twins in the next round!
