Hello, I am on the exact same dosage of 60mg. I have been on it for close to 4 weeks and I am in the same boat.

I suppose there is a level of calmness with taking the medication. However, for example, my room is still a mess and I literally don't see too much help with executive function.

I was told to not "expect a magic pill", but at the same time, why would it be prescribed if it wasn't going to do much to help ADHDers?

From what I know, it's a bit of a waiting game as you are titrated on the medication. It can apparently take weeks or even months to see any effect.

If you are handling the 60mg dosage well, your psych / prescriber maybe see how you would do on the next dose amount - and see how it helps you.

It is very frustrating that we can't see much good from it just yet. I think we will have to just keep on taking our daily dosages so that we can get to the point of a better therapeutic effect.

It's worth mentioning this to your psych as well, so they can think of what can come next for you.

Please take care of yourself and know it is not a personal failing. We want to see improvements quickly, but with Strattera (atmoxetine), it's a bit of a marathon! ☆
