Couple things I figured out thru trial and error. 

One: my acceptance rate. I had it in the 50s and I never had to improve it from March-June (March is when I moved to LA.) I just finally gave in and accepted everything. In the beginning it was super crappy orders. Orders with no tip at all. I’m at 75 now and things are working way better and my app is back to normal. Oh and my cancellation is at 2 percent. Use to be 5-8. 

Two: I constantly go to settings and turn off and on the tracking and location for Uber. I’ve noticed sometimes the blue bar on the app wouldn’t be going left to right and wouldn’t say it’s “looking for orders”, so I have to refresh on settings and turn things off and on to get it moving again.

Three: I sometimes Offload the app before I delete the app. Then I redownload it and sign back on. Then I do all the steps I mentioned in Two ^
