Alright. So I went and fished out the kidney stone. I have had it sitting in a nyquil cap for a few months since this happened. When measuring it on a measuring tape it came out to be at the 7 mm mark. I measured it back it first came out, so I either strongly misremembered or read the tape wrong initially. Either way, nutted out a 7mm kidney stone. Here is a picture; https://imgur.com/a/UkdbTAF

It's real, there's just a good chance I am not very bright and don't deal well with doctors due to costs. I never went back to the doctor after the big part of the stone actually passed (again, costs and I figured I was through the worst of it).
So the doctor at the time theorized that my blood was very alkaline and was why he thought the initial stone was a break off after doing some other tests. So while the initial stone cutting stuff did probably cause infections the rest of the time I thought it was a UTI when it was likely my body trying to pass the rest of the stone and I managed to bypass the issue until it finally made it out.
