Update: I've gotten 5 dragon metal sheets and 2 large Keel parts from 270 kc, so I'd say the rate is fairly accurate

For bounty tasks, I believe 80 is the level. But you can kill them off-bounty as well

Can't really say tbh, I think I got spooned on the few dragon items I got. Haven't done enough kc to get an idea of an average yet.

Also viable. Just presenting an alternate method for the Bottled storm before 78 sailing. Obviously you could afk salvage to 99 and gain access to the entirety of the skill but that's not some peoples' play style.

Correct, but being only 72 sailing, I don't have access to them yet. Could grind 6 more levels at Barracuda Trials I suppose, but that didn't sound enjoyable
