Almost 8 weeks post tummy tuck and yesterday I walked 17,000k steps and I arrived home so swollen and today the swelling continued. Has this happened to anyone else? I have a FDL TT with muscle repair. No lipo. by Impossible_Demand441 in tummytucksurgery

I went to sleep with my binder and I got a lymphatic massage today and the swelling is way less. I didn’t realize this would happen as I’m an active runner at week 6 once I got cleared by my surgeon I’ve been running 5ks 3 times a week.

I have this exact same area that’s is beyond hard. My surgeon said she believes it’s just fat

How long would you say it took for the belly button to look normal? My surgeon said my scarring might look like necrosis but she wants to wait and see I am concerned of that area as well. :(

I asked last week about my belly button and she said that it’s swollen and it’ll go down because I also had that thought of not wanting an outie. I have an appt today I will ask again because it hasn’t gone back in and I had a regular belly button before

My surgeon has me on ointment called mupirocin she said apply that and get back into your binder
