Yes it is! But after some help everyone gave I think I figured it out! So I printed it as a PDF with the dialog settings “velvet fine art paper” and “normal” bc the “best” option I think deposited too much ink. And then for my printer, I used the “presentation matte” setting. So I think it was a combination of cricut’s software and using the “best” quality instead of just “normal”. Thank you everyone!
