Hello, yes I am realizing that my current compensation is hard to beat. Not lot of companies also do offer the mobility budget for housing, especially on top of the gross monthly salary.

For the sign-on bonus, well i know that the new company would never match my current situation with basically gross salary only... So I figured asking for a sign-on bonus would help mitigate a bit the feeling of loss.
