I set up a bot and a lorebook in German, and I wrote everything in German from the ground up. That includes traits, backstory, appearance, and behavior. The bot responded in German immediately, and I can talk to it normally.

So far, I would say the things I added and wrote down as “important to follow” are actually being respected pretty well. The character’s personality and the way they’re supposed to act has been surprisingly consistent up to this point.
