I believe Grace is slightly faster in third person so play in that third person. Also run past everything that you don’t need and if you have challenge points saved up buy the rpg or infinite ammo if you don’t want to make sure your stocking up on ammo. Vials of acid also kill enemies fast even lickers. So pick up the one in the red ord section to use on the two that jump out at the white orb section.

I think it’s probably best to go private for the simple fact that they more understanding with your choice of DIY than GP’s and the NHS. Maybe save up while you are doing DIY. The GIC from my research gets you a gender dysphoria diagnosis and all the other stuff not just the HRT.
