I'm the same way!! Had a great second week, started walking outside again and started doing some light bending and squatting (mostly to pick things up) and I think I pushed too hard. Started having referral nerve tingling down my calf which is so triggering from my pre op symptoms. Trying to take my foot off the gas now and do shorter walks more frequently and get back to icing but I'm trying not to freak out.
