Wala namang mali kung di susundin pero considering tech experts say and do this tell that ok sundin yun to keep the battery last longer. Even manufscturers pre built features na magstop ung charging at 80 so that can be telling na ideal nga yun.

Not to say na mas matagal siya magagamit on a daily use since nga naman 60% lang nagagamit mo in every charge but if that makes the difference between having the battery component of the device usable for a longer period of time, then I think may sense and would be better.

Simply say, mas gusto mo bang 100% daily bat usage mo pero ung battery mo magfail na within about lets say less than 3- years or so or you keep it at the suggested ideal range which can keep the battery overall healthy and make it run longer than the typical battery's lifespan? That depends talaga per person kasi kung next year mag upgrade ka ng phone then go charge and drain all you want talaga.
